You can now leave internal notes on team or group summary's.

This feature is ideal for clients that work in a team and would like to leave messages about group payments or individual participant records somewhere in the system not visible to your participants. 

Register Now admin staff can also leave notes for you to explain any changes, amendments or reasons for certain charges.


To add a note simply access a participant, team or group summary, scroll down the page beneath the financial summary section and you will see: Notes, and a green button: Add Note; expand this to access the feature leave a note.


See below for the example of once the edit button is expanded. Each note can have it's own subject and attachment
